This research repository has been developed to share knowledge and support the translation of theory into practice by providing a hub for advanced practice research
This repository will hold abstracts of work, completed as part of an MSc in Advanced Practice. The intention is to provide a single, open-access compilation service for multi-professional advanced practice research across the four nations of the UK to empower advanced practice clinicians to take a leading role in driving change. It summarises work and highlights how it has changed practice.
There is an expectation that abstract authors may be contacted by people with similar research and clinical interests to share good practice and engage with a learning community.
Please note: abstracts have not been peer reviewed, but have been screened for appropriateness to the audience, currency and written quality. Readers should therefore be aware that work may not have been finalised by authors, might contain errors, and report information that has not yet been accepted or endorsed by the scientific or healthcare community. Authors have identified that their work as achieved a pass at masters level and are solely responsible for the content.
If you would like your dissertation/research project to be considered for the repository, please complete this form
Please be aware that not all abstracts may be published on the website. They are not peer-reviewed but will be screened for appropriateness for the audience, currency, and written quality. The information collected in the form will be stored on the University of York server, and access will be granted only to those involved in the project. If you would like your information removed, please contact Dr. Helen Anderson, helen.anderson@york.ac.uk or Dr. Sue Faulds, sue.faulds@york.ac.uk
